Aperçu

Sternbild City's Administration of Justice's judge as well as the TV hero's curator. He takes into account the actual situations of all of the various matters and state of affairs of the damages caused to goods during Hero TV. Therefore, he fairly judges indemnities and other such judicial decisions. It is revealed that he is actually Lunatic, a vigilante NEXT who can generate blue flames more powerful than Fire Emblem's and also has a broader control over them, shaping them into arrows that he fires using his crossbow, or propelling himself in the air with them.
