I-400
I-400, personnage E d’Arpeggio of Blue Steel : voix de Rina Hidaka.
Aperçu
Iona's triplet sister, who acts directly under Yamato's orders. I-400 is polite and completely loyal to Yamato. She's not very talkative - but is a good spy, both as a submarine and as a Mental Model - so that is something to be expected.
