Shimei
Shimei, personnage E de Time of Eve : voix de Motomu Kiyokawa.
Aperçu
Regular customer at Time of Eve. Kind elderly man. It seems he is Chie's guardian, but is always thrown into a tizzy by Chie's antics. His words tend to be laden with significance, but he also does really sweet things like practicing cat gestures to catch Chie's attention. (Source: Official Website - English)
