Victor (Japanese: ビンセント Vincent) is a one-time character of the Pokémon anime who appeared in The Pi-Kahuna. He is voiced by Kazuhiro Nakata (adult), Megumi Hayashibara (boy) and Shin'ichirō Miki (teenager) in the Japanese version and David Brimmer (adult) and Ed Paul (young) in the English version. Victor lived on Seafoam Island with his Pikachu, Puka. Puka would always sit on the edge of a cliff, trying to detect the Humunga-Dunga (Japanese: ビッグ・チューズデー Big Tuesday), a huge wave that legendary surfer Jan surfed on many years before.
