Aperçu
IGO's Development Bureau Director and Gourmet Research Facility Chief, he is IGO's #3 person. He runs IGO's First Biotope. He's an acquaintance of Toriko. Whenever someone says his name he thinks they are calling him handsome; this is a pun as his name sounds similar to the English word handsome. He heals his injuries by drinking sake which he loves (as seen in his Full Course). Most of the time he's drunk. He has a pet, a Hayanpanther named Rikky with capture lvl 31.
