Frank Heinemann (Schwarzes Marken), carte E

Aperçu

He is an executive in the Tactical Aircraft Development Division of Boening Co. He was dispatched to Yukon Air Base as a technical advisor for Project Prominence, where he worked on the modification of the Shiranui. He is a specialist in various fields of Tactical Aircraft and a genius described by Rebecca as a man who could throw together a TSF with some scraps and pieces of gum. He always has a gentle smile on his face, but his behavior is often mysterious and he never shows what is in his heart.
