Aperçu

Half of the "Cursed Twin Harleys" urban legend, in which anyone who rides either her or her brother dies in a disastrous accident. The scars on her body represent all the masters she's had who have died. But the truth is that they died because her very first master's love became malevolent and caused the accidents. After having Shima perform an exorcism on her, she's decided to stay in Kouenji. Compared to her shy brother, the elder Kaze sibling is unyielding and levelheaded. But she's über-beautiful, just like him. She has a small crush on Inspector Murakumo.
