His element is water. Contrary to what others might think, Tomoka "the gambler" is not in it for the sheer fun of gambling. When his family went bankrupt, he resorted to gambling to survive. He has no weapon, his jewel is in a large dice. He's never quite convinced that the jewel was meant to be his, even if Fuse herself tells him. For some reason he can't draw power from it...
